[Bug 916631] New: Cannot Access Installation Medium
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=916631 Bug ID: 916631 Summary: Cannot Access Installation Medium Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Distribution Version: 13.2 Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: YaST2 Assignee: yast2-maintainers@suse.de Reporter: support@microtechniques.com QA Contact: jsrain@suse.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- After upgrading from 13.1 to 13.2 I am getting errors running YaST2 Online Update during the Refresh Software Repositories phase. For all of the update repositories I get a Cannot access installation medium message, yet if I select retry 7-8 times, it will eventually access the repository. If I try to access the same repository from a 13.1 system at the same time from the same network segment, it connects immediately. The expanded error message is "No route to host". I can ping the host outside of YaST2. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

1) I disabled IPV6 on this system, and the updates now work correctly.
2) IPV6 is enabled on all of my other systems yet the updates work on them.
3) This is the only system using the wicked network manager. Could it reverse the IPV4 / IPV6 priorities?
Is this still reproducible with wicked 0.6.18 ? If so could you please provide logs (here is described how to do it properly: https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Bugreport_wicked). Thanks. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
