Not quite sure it works well (it's a hack) and don't know if it works with compiz-manager. Reassigning to us why? Either Compiz first needs to be fixed to provide a correct restart command and then we can change the KDE command to it as well, or 'compiz ccp' is good enough, in which case this is a WONTFIX.

It means users would not get the benefits of optimized environment variables or window manager fallback in case compiz fails to launch for some reason leaving them without any WM.
