You seem not to have these in your initrd. Could you check with lsinitrd? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

i can't do any mkinitrd while under the xen kernel since the system crashes before booting
mkinitrd will re-create all initrds for kernels found in /boot. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Oh, wait, don't you have xen-base kernel installed? You need xen non-base instead. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Right, just installed kernel-xen and it passes !
Ok, thanks for confirmation.
I don't understand what is kernel-xen-base if it can't work standalone, but i am happy it works now.
It can, for very limited environments. The kernel is very minimalistic. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
