It keeps retrying to register but with invalid address. I used Wants= instead of After= for the reason described in systemd.unit(5).

I feel that this may be an Asterisk problem. DNS can fail transiently at any time — not only during boot, but also during normal operation, for example, when somebody cuts an undersea Internet cable. Therefore, the IAX module needs to retry DNS lookups whenever they fail. It should probably also periodically re-check DNS, in case the IP address changes. What do you think?
