The default key bindings of QLineEdit and QTextEdit don't work in KDE4 applications. They worked in KDE3. You can test it in qtconfig. An example. You open konqueror and click into the 'location bar'. If there is an URL and press CTRL+U in konqueror3 then it deletes everything from this position to the beginning of the line. This doesn't work in konqueror4, but works in qtconfig of Qt4.
