The 'server:php:extensions/SLE_11' and '.../SLE_11_SP2' repos are not suitable for use with SP3 because they link against the 5.2.x PHP packages from those distros, which are not present in SP3. SP2 had both 5.2 (php5-*) and 5.3 (php53-*); SP3 dropped 5.2 and has only php53-*. In the past the 'server:php:extensions/server_php_SLE_11' repo could be used with php53, but not since the 'server:php' repo was updated to 5.4 (which was a welcome change, don't get me wrong).
