Finally I could check this issue again (sorry for taking so long time). And,
you're right, after creating the symlink, it worked. But I'm not sure about
the exact condition; manually crafting the symlink didn't help, and it started
working after reboot at first.
And, the symlink is still not created automatically by the package update,
maybe because of the reason in comment 13.
So, at this point, it seems like a half-baked state.
Franck, what's the exact procedure to be put in the package?
FWIW, the currently tested pulseaudio package does:
- install pulseaudio.socket and pulseaudio.service to /usr/lib/systemd/user
- Call %systemd_user_post pulseaudio.socket at %post, ditto for %preun and
%postun.
The package is found in OBS home:tiwai:test:pa-user-service/pulseaudio repo.
