For strange reasons this is only logged and the user not told about it. I will close this issue. If you think the above is not what you observed, feel free to reopen the bug. But in this case we will need yast logs attached. To collect log files run 'save_y2logs' and attach the log file archive this command creates (usually named /tmp/y2log-SOMETHING.tar.xz).
