It was in the section "Developers and Sysadmins". The text refers to openSUSE Tumbleweed four times, even though the text seems to make a comparison between Tumbleweed and Leap. It seems to me that two references to Tumbleweed need to be replaced with references to Leap and the text will be as intended.
