This makes it required to manually add the include statement before the user can set NETCONFIG_DNS_FORWARDER="bind" (MODIFY_NAMED_CONF_DYNAMICALLY=yes before). The attached patch adds the include statement and adopts the forwarders comments in /etc/named.conf. Further, the init script should make a "touch /etc/named.d/forwarders.conf" when the /etc/named.d/forwarders.conf does not exist, as it does for the /etc/named.conf.include file in home:ug:Factory/bind...
