Also when in receiving options is market the 2 following points check messages in all folders and automatically synchronize remote mail locally, is not saved. The only way to check the email is changing from one folder to the other, for example if you are in inbox, go to send messages and go back to inbox, then is checking for new messages. The send and receive button it not work.
