Wired Ethernet connections established during install are not recognized by
network manager and could only set up wireless broadband modem by using KPPP 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to use network manager
2.

Actual Results:  
Install 11.3 and then try to install GSM USB modem using network manager or
yast
Modem is detected by network manager but will not install

Expected Results:  
Modem should work
