http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1148591 Bug ID: 1148591 Summary: Application:Geo/qgis: Bug Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE.org Version: unspecified Hardware: 64bit OS: SUSE Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: 3rd party software Assignee: dassau@gbd-consult.de Reporter: emfee@gmx.net QA Contact: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com CC: tzotsos@gmail.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- I had qgis installed under Tumbleweed but upgrading last week using "zipper dup" I got conflicts and aborted. Tried again today, same problem. Then de-installed qgis and "zypper dup" was successful. Now tried to install qgis again but that gives the same conflicts as I saw initially running qgis: Detected 88 file conflicts: File /usr/bin/gdal2tiles.py from install of gdal2-2.4.2-12.5.x86_64 (Application:Geo) conflicts with file from package gdal-3.0.1-108.7.x86_64 (@System) File /usr/bin/gdal_calc.py from install of gdal2-2.4.2-12.5.x86_64 (Application:Geo) conflicts with file from package gdal-3.0.1-108.7.x86_64 (@System) File /usr/bin/gdal_contour from install of gdal2-2.4.2-12.5.x86_64 (Application:Geo) conflicts with file from package gdal-3.0.1-108.7.x86_64 (@System) ... Is is possible to rebuild qgis so that it uses gdal-3 instead of gdal-2 so that qgis and qmapshack can live in parallel without conflicts? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
