For example, dragging the Dolphin icon down next to the application launcher will place it on the panel. It highlights when moused-over, but when clicked, it does nothing. Similarly, adding the "Show Desktop" widget to the panel displays the same behaviour. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Drag widget or application icon to panel 2.
