[Bug 898867] [systemd] systemctl --user import-environment unknown operation

I think, you need a newer version of systemd for that. The one from the Base:System repo: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Base:/System/openSUSE_13.1/
on openSUSE Factory version I have # systemctl show-environment LANG=POSIX LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin # systemctl import-environment Failed to import environment: Invalid environment assignments
and I don't think, this will be brought to 13.1 as other changes might be too intrusive
Correct, this command was implemented into systemd version 210. OpenSUSE 13.1 ships systemd-208, which doesn't have the "import-environment" command. We can't fix this for 13.1 for the reason above. Please use 13.2 instead. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
