It allocates until it exhausts all memory (on a 4 GB system), then crashes. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Login into KDE 2. Watch kded4 grow and grow 3. I couldn't give any more information because I switched to Tumbleweed for a while. Factory was so broken (no USB, no sound, KDE errors) that I couldn't use it.
