Ho to reproduce: Go eg. to #1: https://build.opensuse.org/project/add_repository/Application:Geo #2: Enter in "Project:": "openSUSE" and select one of the autocompletions. #3: Then go to one of the other form fields, eg. "Name:". All the fields get disabled now. Now going back to step #2 ant trying again solves the problem.
