Now I can't use default control panel for switching to headphones. By "default control panel" do you mean systemsettings or the "Volume" applet? Please define what you mean by "can't use".

I don't fully get the issue from the descripton and the video, the attachment from comment 4 got deleted meanwhile. Do you mean that when there is nothing connected to an output, it is now longer shown as a device anywhere? Does that also happen with pavucontrol-qt? Do you mean that when there is nothing connected to an output, it is now longer shown as a device anywhere? Does that also happen with pavucontrol-qt? In that case it would be a pulseaudio (configuration?) issue.
