/etc/prime/xorg-nvidia.conf, /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/90-nvidia.conf, or which other file?
And then did what?
You needed to run "prime-select nvidia" again?
So what was the workaround? I need to understand that ...

this got overwritten by nvidia driver update running
"prime-select nvidia"
in %post of nvidia-glG05/nvidia-glG04 package. So once the update is available
in TW the issue should be fixed. Make sure that the suse-prime RPM changelog
contains
