Copy the patch to /usr/share/YaST2 Execute 'patch -p0 < yast2-vm-grub2-check.patch' For the machine already installed with Xen but without the entries to boot into Xen run this command, 'grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg' I'm looking into the KVM virt-manager issue. You shouldn't need KVM to run Xen guests nor should it error out attempting to install KVM. A workaround would be say 'No' to install KVM. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

BUG 1> There was no Virtualization Yast section. (Normally it would have been there, then "Install Hypervisor and Tools" would be there initially.)
This is the only issue left that needs to be resolved. yast2-vm owns the virtualization.desktop file. It resides in /usr/share/applications/YaST2/groups/ It should be there unless yast2-vm.rpm was not installed - which by default it is installed. Does the virtualization.desktop file exist on your system? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
