The Setup-proposal is to delete the logical partitions, delete the volume group, delete the 2 linux partitions (swap shall be reused), and create two new partitions for / and /home. So far so good. Confirming this it deletes the logical partitions, not sure if the physical ones were deleted as well, and then the system error -4013 appears: vgremove system: volume group system not found. Yast2 enters text mode. From there the installation was started again. LVM was removed, proposal was to create 2 partitions as mentioned above. Installation worked then.
