[Bug 407048] New: vym creates incorrect XML
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=407048 Summary: vym creates incorrect XML Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Final Platform: i586 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.0 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE4 Applications AssignedTo: kde-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: robert.simai@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Novell Technical Services Services Priority: 1000 After updating 10.3->11.0 and using vym-1.12.0-5.1 my map.vyp file broke a couple of times and vym wasn't able to open the map. I used to have a working backup. AS this is starts to get really annoying I did some investigation. After extracting the map.xml from the zip, xml parsers complain about several lines of <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/strict.dtd"> I removed these lines, packed the zip and it works again, vym can open the map quite fine. It will be broken again when I make changes and save the map. The changes are written but also the DOCTYPE lines re-appear, the map can't be opened unless I remove these lines manually. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
