Pushing the pause/play button re-starts the playback, but this is quite annoying. It happens at random but very frequent intervals. The player is not crashing; it remains running and can be resumed where it paused. I have also let the player sit for a period of several minutes and it will sometimes resume. The player is not buffering or otherwise bandwidth limited, it just plain stops playing with no change to the "playing" status message. I can provide the URL, but this may not be helpful because the URL is a subscription site. The file being played is audio-only with no video. I have also tried this with a downloaded MP3 file and have the same result -- If it would be helpful, I could possibly provide the mp3 file. During my test of this file, it paused itself at 0:21 minutes s into a 36:42 minute file the first time I tried it. This is a new issue with OpenSUSE 11.0 -- this never occurred during with 10.2 or 10.3.
