I believe it means that it couldn't download a file because of errors on two mirrors, but I'm not sure. Anyway. This dialog is bad: it just tells me that something is wrong (but I don't know what if I'm a standard user) and I can't do anything about it except clicking Ok. If this is really a mirror issue, I'm sure we could try more than 2 mirrors. And if there's still an issue, then the feedback should be given another way, that doesn't block everything. Now, worse. I get a second dialog that actually proposes me to do something (will attach the screenshot).
