Absolutely same as that observed previous, both i686 and x86_amd architecture, with AMD 64 X2 CPU and Nforce2 Mobo. I noticed booting an old Intel machine, that it didn't happen, though that may be due to not selecting the keymap UK. Hope this helps reproduciability. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

It can't be a media issue, as one AMD box with it, is i686, and the other x86_64, besides all the media is verified. Same box, with a Net Install done, so that "brokenmodules=pata_pdc202xx_old" boot parameter is respected, shows no errors /var/log/boot.msg has : Loading console font lat9w-16.psfu -m trivial G0:loadable doneLoading keymap i386/qwerty/uk.map.gz So when 11.1 is released next week, I'll try the Live CD and unless the problem remains mark this as fixed. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Thanks for giving me some time to check this out, all too often attempts are made to move to RESOLVED CLOSED, when you cannot respond within a week, due to other priorities. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Binner http://home.kde.org/~binner/kde-four-live/ see http://www.kdedevelopers.org/node/3865 So it doesn't appear to have really been fixed. May be the Kiwi process is making it too easy for ppl to generate a "glitchy" result. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
