It can't even save settings properly. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open Connections editor in System Settings or via Plasma tray network applet. 2.Add PAN GP connection, Save, close. Actual Results: No connection could be made. Fails with http errors. Reopening newly created connection for editing shows that Pulse protocol is still specified instead of PAN GP.
