https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=726984 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=726984#c0 Summary: Latest Intel firmware causes Centrino Ultimate-N 6300 AGN Wireless to periodically crash Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 12.1 Version: RC 1 Platform: 64bit OS/Version: SuSE Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Network AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: dmulder@suse.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Wireless stops functioning about every 5 minutes. Work around is to use the firmware that ships with 11.4 (just download the kernel-firmware package for 11.4 and copy ./lib/firmware/iwlwifi-6000-4.ucode to /lib/firmware). Probably an Intel issue.
