It's in 1366*768 resolution. It looks like user can not to move/resize window by mouse. The only way is Alt+F7. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Open "Settings" -> "Network" -> "+" -> "VPN" -> any type ("openVPN" for example in screenshot) Actual Results: Top part of setting window is out of screen. Expected Results: All part of window can display in the desktop.
