Which is the same as in the Kernel:openSUSE-15.1 OBS repo. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

http://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1120356 http://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1120356#c8 --- Comment #8 from Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.com> --- I tested the latest openSUSE-15.1 kernel from OBS Kernel:openSUSE-15.1, and my test machine with Intel 8265 chip seems working fine. I could authenticate and use WPA2 PEAP WiFi for now. So, if any, it seems specific to the model. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
http://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1120356 http://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1120356#c9 --- Comment #9 from Andreas Schneider <asn@cryptomilk.org> --- It isn't possible to reproduce it 100%, but it fails 80% after boot. Sometimes it works, and it often works if you unload the module and reload it. Or do you mean there are changes and it should be fixed now? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

Skimming over net indicates that it's an issue that can't be easily fixed: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=190281 Intel couldn't spend development resource for the older chips like this... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
http://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1120356 http://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1120356#c12 --- Comment #12 from Andreas Schneider <asn@cryptomilk.org> --- I've got the machine from my parents today. I'm also not able to reproduce it here, it looks like it happens most of the time with a Fritz!Box 7330. Looks like a Packet of Death from the Fritz!Box :-) Looks like I need a workaround like: if dmesg | tail -50 | grep "Call Trace"; then rmmod iwldvm iwlwifi mac80211 cfg8011 modprobe iwlwifi fi Not sure if this works as NetworkManager dispatcher script. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

If yes, any chance to check with Leap 15.2? Although it's a kind of bugs we can't fix in our side easily (basically a firmware bug), the newer kernel might have a better chance to get fixed. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
