The last message that appears is "sending all processes the term signal..." or something similar. After this, there should be an unmount of all devices etc. that never appears. I have to shut of the system manually with the power button. The problem does not appear with KOT (somewhat slower on my system than default kernel) and kernel 2.6.22.9-0.4. My system is Dell Inspiron 1501 laptop, AMD Turion(tm) 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-50, 1GB ram. I'm running KDE 3.5.7 "release 72.2" with opensuse 10.3 Is there a solution ? Waiting for the next kernel ?
