Every default install fit onto the 2.9GB root partition. But with 10.3a3, a default install takes around 3GB. Yast assumes some FS overhead (IIRC 2% percent), maybe we should increase this constant to solve such corner cases.. It installed 768 packages which require 2.9GB. (It seems that the default size of ext3 journal is 128MB.)
