First letter of character desription is missed. Every description is corrupted - current symbol and 'see also' list. Due to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=281264#c4 openSuSE packages has new code and old data file. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.
