In openSUSE, we patch virt-manager to use vm-install [1]. However, vm-install
has to be run as root to work, while virt-manager can perfectly work fine as a
user if libvirtd is configured correctly.

This forces people to run virt-manager on openSUSE, which is really bad. We
should fix this.

[1] There must be a good reason for this (adding some features?). However, I'd
really like to be able to tell virt-manager I want to use the original vm
creation code. Maybe we could add a commandline switch for this?
