The eclipse packages were splitted in noarch and archdep packages: The complete package is build for every platform ( those are the packages with the suffix '-archdep'. After that, all noarch-parts of these -archdep packages are re-packaged to rpms without this suffix. That's why these file-conflicts occur. In my submit messages I stated a few times which packages should be included in the distribution and which ones are only needed within the build system. I did not set the packages to 'internal only' as they are needed to build the eclipse-noarch packages. However: People who want to build eclipse will want to build the whole thing and not only repackage precompiled stuff.
