https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=728581 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=728581#c0 Summary: Cancel button on disk order settings screen discards all bootloader input on all bootloader screens, returns to installation (overview) settings Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 12.1 Version: RC 2 Platform: 32bit OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Installation AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: mrmazda@earthlink.net QAContact: jsrain@suse.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- To reproduce: 1-click booting on installation settings screen 2-click boot loader installation tab 3-click boot loader installation details 4-click cancel button Actual behavior: 1-returned to installation settings screen Expected behavior: 1-returned to boot loader settings screen Comments: Having both back and cancel buttons on boot loader installation details screen makes no sense to me. Cancel to me means abort only this screen, not this screen plus whatever screen immediately preceded it. Having both buttons seems inconsistent with the screen it was reached from: boot loader settings, which only has cancel and OK. The impact of selecting cancel on this screen can double or worse the time wasted by bug 663749. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
