No problem with LEAP 15.1 I use before. With Leap 15.3 I have boot error : USB 3-2 device descriptor error -110 (3-4 times). USB 3-2 device not accepting address 4 error -71. There is a laps time of 15-20 seconds between messages so the boot is very slow. Then my pen is not usable and lsusb is not showing it. If I disconnect and reconnect it, lsusb show it and I can use it. Now I disconnect it and boot is very quick.
