In some sense bugs logged in opensuse are helpful to you as you see ALL bugs involving either KDE Workspace/Apps. - Not that this is my reason for not creating bug reports direct to KDE. I am happy to discuss this further via offline email and am happy not to log any KDE workspace bugs to opensuse. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

I will admit that there does exist more default in the actions menu that provide encryption and digital signatures. Can we please have back the default actions that were removed from 10.3. If the File Manager Profile is loaded and a directory is selected the actions provide the ability to Achieve and Encrypt. If one file is selected the actions menu does not offer any achieve actions. The select all function has not been re-installed. None of the default actions that offered a variety of compression features have ever been restored from 10.3 as they were all removed in KDE4.0 Dolphin has a select ALL function in 11.1 but again only provides the same limited actions as present in Konqueror. I have no idea why such useful functionality in the default actions list of 10.3 were removed. We still have NO file Manager that offer the user the ability to select files and compress them in various form as in 10.3. Can you please re-instate the actions Menu of 10.3 and maintain the new action menu which is partially useful. The removal of functionality is always a BUG - PMS system don't allow users to request an enhancement for new products which have been removed. We cannot enhance what function were present in the past releases. I am sorry for my passion on this subject - But removal of functionality is the biggest crime in software development and is normally only undertaken if the features require removal for the sake of application stability. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
