http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=580928 http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=580928#c0 Summary: Xorg using 100% CPU on otherwise idle system Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.3 Version: Milestone 2 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: X.Org AssignedTo: bnc-team-xorg-bugs@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: rhafer@novell.com QAContact: xorg-maintainer-bugs@forge.provo.novell.com Found By: Development Blocker: --- Hardware: ThinkPad T60, with Radeon X1400 (using radeonhd driver) After letting my KDE4 Desktop idle around for about five minutes the Xorg process suddenly starts spinning at 100% CPU. Moving the mouse cursor of pressing a key brings it back to normal. I suspected that this has something to do with powermanagement or screensaver settings, but even when both is disable the behaviour is still there. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
