In E6500 and OS 11.1 only touchpad is detected and trackpoint is handled as some kind of duplicate object. This means they both work, but also that any change applies to both of them at once. And this means one of them is unusable -- because of sensitivity. For trackpoint it should be low, for touchpad rather high.
