Symptoms: The panel at the bottom disappears. The window has no border. The "folder view" widget disappears. This seems to be video-related. Video: ATI RS250 4437 Driver: radeon The problem does not occur on another computer different graphics. I can prevent the problem from occurring by setting XLIB_SKIP_ARGB_VISUALS=1 in the environment. This appears to be an upstream KDE problem.
