A configuration like yours cannot be trivially be supported with the input system of 11.1, at least not automatically. Hmm, BT mouse and touchpad are configured separately now. I can for example switch left-right buttons for BT mouse and do not switch them for the touchpad.

In the future we will use the evdev driver, and you will be able to change button order with 'xinput' per mouse anyway (http://www.x.org/wiki/XInputSpec).

The problem is: a) trackpoint is detected as touchpad (label says "touchpad") b) trackpoint tab in SaX is disabled, I cannot change any option

The input device configuration will be significantly different in the future, and it has not been completely decided how it will look like.
