At the same time, we installed ethercat-kmp-rt from [etherlab](https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/science:EtherLab/etherlab). This package has kernel modules and thus a dependency on kernel-rt. The build logs show that OBS finds kernel-rt in SUSE:SLE-15-SP2:Update and subsequently uses the latest version. However, the base installation of 15.3 cannot find the same version that was used to build the module. It seems as though SUSE:SLE-15-SP2:Update does not publish kernel-rt, neither in update/backports nor update/sle repositories. ethercat-kmp-rt is unusable as a result of this.
