[Bug 647899] New: ding: unknown color name ""
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=647899 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=647899#c0 Summary: ding: unknown color name "" Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.3 Version: Final Platform: Other OS/Version: openSUSE 11.3 Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: X11 Applications AssignedTo: hvogel@novell.com ReportedBy: suse-beta@cboltz.de QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Beta-Customer Blocker: --- ding (the de-en translator tool) shows a dialog saying unknown color name "" when I move the mouse over a + sign to expand an entry (for example an irregular verb) Reproducer: - search for "laufen" in the de-en dictionary (anything else will do, as long as its result contains the + switch) - move the mouse over the + left of "to run" Result: - error message 'unknown color name ""' appears (Note the empty quotes - my guess is that there is some undefined variable or something like that.) - the entry never expands because the error dialog blocks clicking Expected result: the entry expands and shows several variants of "to run" like "running", "we ran", "to run for the bus" etc. Needless to say that this is highly annoying. Full error message: unknown color name "" unknown color name "" while executing "winfo rgb $w [$w cget -selectcolor]" (procedure "tk::CheckEnter" line 23) invoked from within "tk::CheckEnter .result.text.fold1" (command bound to event) (Workaround: keyboard navigation. Tab to the plus, then press space.) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
