the BIOS is doing something stupid and the cache is complaining that writeback happens to MMIO addresses. The only thing you could do is report this to Dell. From looking at the model, though, it is a windoze laptop and they will probably tell you that they don't support Linux. Which is the dumb canned reply you get from OEMs. But it is worth a try...
