If I start firefox and have a single window with a single tab, then quit it and start it again, that single tab appears as expected. However, if I start firefix, pin that single tab (so that ctrl-w does not quit firefox by accident), then quit it and start it again, I get two pinned tabs. It does not matter if I set 'Start with homepage' or 'Start with state from last session'. Whenever the one and only tab is pinned pm "quit", on startup a second tab appears.
