DER UNFÄHIGKEIT (double space) - DEN MAXIMAL ZULÄSSIGEN BETRAG. This seems like an incorrect translation, the English is: LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED. This should be something like: MAXIMAL BESCHRÄNKT. or MINIMAL ZULÄSSIGEN BETRAG. - Furthermore, it uses the wrong kind of quote signs. Either ‘’ and “” or the proper German „”.
