This is clearly a packaging issue, because the suse package does not behave as upstream code defines behavior. Hence this is opened in this bug tracker, as requested in https://mastodon.social/@thaodan/113679968807691178
First of all thanks for creating the bug. My comment was more regarding the donation button. I don't think it is acceptable for an application to fatally exit when not running in the sandbox.
