[Bug 711514] New: digikam in KDE 4.7 should require lensfun-data which should obsolete lensfun
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=711514 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=711514#c0 Summary: digikam in KDE 4.7 should require lensfun-data which should obsolete lensfun Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE.org Version: unspecified Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.4 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: 3rd party software AssignedTo: opensuse-communityscreening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: ulfie_monster@arcor.de QAContact: opensuse-communityscreening@forge.provo.novell.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; de; rv:1.9.1.19) Gecko/20110420 SUSE/2.0.14-0.2.1 SeaMonkey/2.0.14 Updating to KDE 4.7 results in a conflict between packages lensfun (from original 11.4 installation or previous update from KDE 4.6 repo) and liblensfun0 (from KDE 4.7 repo). Actually, digikam (from KDE 4.7 repo) seems to contain (in a different directory) all the files that are also present in packages lensfun (which no longer exists in KDE 4.7 repo) and lensfun-data (which exists in KDE 4.7 but not in the original 11.4 distribution), so digikam should probably not contain those files, but require lensfun-data, which in turn should obsolete lensfun (and be required by liblensfun0 ??). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. In YaST, add http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Release:/47/openSUSE_11.4/ to repositories (and deactivate previously used KDE 4.6 repo with similar URL) 2. In software management module, choose ``Update all packages, if newer version exists'' from menu. Actual Results: Conflict between lensfun and liblensfun0 is shown. Aborting and searching for lensfun in all fields reveals relevance of digikam package (and rpm -ql digikam lists, among others, xml-files in a directory names .../lensfun/. Expected Results: No conflict, but replacements as necessary. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
