Open thunar, choose one file and move it down-left via touchpad.XFCE crashed.
Upgrading thunar to 1.6.3 didn't solved this.

Whole session crashed, and respawn again, and type login pass again, untill the next crashing.
Then it is likely a bug in X and not Xfce.
