[Bug 1197568] New: Aisleriot 3.22.20 now forgets what are my favorite game and card style
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1197568 Bug ID: 1197568 Summary: Aisleriot 3.22.20 now forgets what are my favorite game and card style Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: x86-64 OS: openSUSE Tumbleweed Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME Assignee: gnome-bugs@suse.de Reporter: antoine.mechelynck@gmail.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: Community User Blocker: --- In Aisleriot 3.22.5 (as distributed with openSUSE Leap 15.3) once I had chosen Athena as the game and Paris as the card suit, Aisleriot remembered that even after a reboot. In Aisleriot 3.22.20 (as distributed with openSUSE Tumbleweed) it always starts up with Klondike and in Gnomangelo portrait. I call this a regression. I filed an issue with Gnome at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/aisleriot/-/issues/926 and got the following answer signed Christian Persch:
This works here in the upstream version. Try asking in a opensuse support forum.
The relevant openSUSE version (as shown by YaST) is 3.22.20-2.2-x86_64, vendor openSUSE, built on Sun 20 Feb 2022 11:01:31 CET and distributed via the Tumbleweed OSS repository. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

wired, we don't have patches for this, it should be the same as upstream...Maybe check if there are some configuration files?
Can you reproduce this with latest version?
I can reproduce it in Aisleriot 3.22.22-1.2 in the latest Tumbleweed, and in all (if any) intervening versions since I reported this problem. Where should I look for configuration files? N.B. I have noticed that when the game program starts up, the menu "Game Recently played" always mentions Klondike only, even though I only play Athena. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
